Thank you for sharing your presentations and for regularly engaging your employees. One thing you might consider adding to the quarterly ritual is specific employee recognition. Call out one or two outstanding employees who went above and beyond to help meet your company’s goals. In the presentations you shared I don’t see the employee … and they don’t see themselves. Want to boost engagement and loyalty, give them a pat on the back in front of their peers! People will love seeing the recognition and will brag about it on their social media and at home when the CEO calls them out specifically for doing a great job.
